Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management and distribution of office supplies and labor protection supplies.
2. Responsible for the maintenance of employee attendance system and the collation of attendance data.
3. Responsible for the management of the company's related documents.
4. Responsible for the recruitment and training of related personnel.
5. Staff entry and exit management, labor contract signing management, personnel administration reports (roster, address book, etc.);
6. Employee social security, business insurance, industrial injury and other matters.
7. Daily office related affairs.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above in human resources, secretary, administration and other related majors;
2. Familiar with office administration knowledge and work flow, skilled use of office and other office software;
3. Work carefully and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility, be upright, have a certain way of thinking, and have strong written and oral expression ability;
4. 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
